Why Jaccaranda Events?

While the name Jaccaranda Events may be new to the market, the team is not. Arguably the most experienced in the city, the team draws from years at various catering companies, collaborating together to plan and execute successful events. Whether it is an intimate dinner or a large scale gala of 3,000 guests, our extensive knowledge of venues, vendors, event types, logistics provides the assurances to clients of our capacity to deliver on our promise.

What services do you handle?   

Our team will guide you through the planning process from start to finish. As each event holds its own unique set of requirements where additional support is required - in areas outside of catering - we will refer recommended vendors.   The Jaccaranda Events team has an established network of top vendors in the city.

Do you customize menus ?   

Our clients have high expectations with many engaging our team across multiple events.   This dictates that the menus are to be exquisite, in flavor, in the ingredient profile and befitting of the occasion. We have included sample menus on our website to offer a sense of our culinary direction, however the Jaccaranda Events team, led by our Executive Chef will customize the event menu.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We appreciate you and/or your guests may have dietary or allergy restrictions. Through advance planning we can accommodate any dietary restriction inclusive of celiac, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian and more.

Can you assist with venue selection? 

Our team, collectively, has worked in the majority of all event venues in the Philadelphia region. Whether seeking a large premise, a lesser known space, venues with small or large footprints, we can help you find the perfect venue.   

Do you have a liquor license?

Jaccaranda Events does not hold a liquor license however we can guide you on the selection of quantities and brands.  We hold liquor liability insurance and will provide city certified trained bartenders for your event.
